This is a clean and natural mascara. The Saei Mascara has a EWG rating of 2. It was also lab tested by Mamavation and came back with non-detect organic fluorine - which indicates that PFAs (a category of endocrine disrupting chemicals) are not detectable at 10 parts per million. Saie is often known for their blush, highlighter and tinted moisturizer.
#3 Honest Beauty Extreme Length Mascara + Lash Primer
This is the best non toxic mascara at target. It is EWG verified. It is dual purpose and also has a non toxic primer on one end!
